Snap glasses

Snap's only consumer glasses on this site are Specs, announced in June 2026 and open for pre-order with a refundable deposit. Snap expects shipping later this fall in the US, UK and France. Specs are full AR glasses rather than AI camera glasses: a full-color LCoS waveguide display with a 51-degree field of view, two Snapdragon processors, and Snap OS, where developers have already published hundreds of Lenses. Snap has announced translation, navigation with voice guidance and Shopify shopping, plus SPECS Intelligence, an AI service meant to work across iPhone, Mac and the glasses. The costs are physical. Specs weigh 132 or 136 grams depending on size and are rated at up to 4 hours of mixed use, with the included case bringing the total to 20 hours. Removable prescription inserts cover glasses wearers. Snap opened demos at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles from October 1. Buy in now if you build for AR or want the platform early; wait if you want everyday glasses.
