XREAL 1S vs XREAL One Pro
XREAL 1S took over from the One series in XREAL's main lineup in January 2026, but One Pro is still on the product menu. Both are wired video glasses with no battery: they take power and a DisplayPort signal from a phone, laptop or handheld over USB-C and show a large virtual screen. Both use XREAL's X1 chip for native 3DoF screen anchoring and have Bose-tuned sound. One Pro has the wider 57-degree view and flat-prism optics; 1S has more vertical pixels, automatic dimming and 2D-to-3D conversion on the glasses.
Short answer
For most buyers, 1S is the practical choice: it is listed on XREAL's US, UK, EU and Japan stores, costs less, and adds automatic dimming and 2D-to-3D conversion. One Pro still has the wider view and two frame sizes for different IPDs, which matters for people at either end of that range. But XREAL's US store showed both sizes sold out in early October 2026, and its other stores don't list it.
Choose XREAL 1S if
Choose 1S if you want the current model at $449 in the US. Its 1920x1200 per-eye panels give a taller picture, dimming can adjust automatically, and REAL 3D conversion runs on the glasses. It weighs 82 g and takes the same prescription frame as XREAL One.
Choose XREAL One Pro if
Choose One Pro if you can find one and want the wider 57-degree view, X-Prism optics and a choice of Size M (IPD 57-66mm) or Size L (IPD 66-75mm). It was on sale at $599 against a $649 regular price before stock ran out on XREAL's US store.

Questions people ask
Can I move my One Pro prescription inserts to 1S?
XREAL says 1S takes the same prescription lens frame as XREAL One. It doesn't say the same for One Pro, so check the insert listing before reusing lenses.
Do these need a battery pack or an app?
No. The source device powers the glasses and must output DisplayPort video over USB-C; the XREAL Link app is optional. iPhone 14 and earlier, which use Lightning, can't connect.
