Xiaomi AI Glasses are camera-and-audio AI glasses with no display, launched in China on 26 June 2025. A 12MP ultra-wide camera with electronic stabilization takes 4,032 x 3,024 photos and 2K video at 30fps, with continuous recording capped at 45 minutes. Xiaomi rates the 263mAh battery at 8.6 hours, which SCMP reports Xiaomi pitched as twice that of Ray-Ban Meta glasses, and a full recharge takes 45 minutes. The assistant is Hyper XiaoAi, on a Snapdragon AR1 paired with a low-power BES2700 audio chip. The China-specific angle is payment: Xiaomi described looking at an Alipay QR code and paying with a voice prompt, planned as an update. Lenses run from clear to electrochromic tints that shade gradually. The 40 g frame comes in black, semi-transparent tortoiseshell brown and parrot green, per Road to VR.
Good fit
Buyers in mainland China who want camera glasses with Xiaomi's assistant, Alipay integration and the option of tinting lenses.
Look elsewhere if
Skip them outside China, where there is no official sale or support. The Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) is the closest widely sold equivalent.
