When the Even Realities app cannot see the G2, Even's guide usually points to permissions or power. The app needs Bluetooth on and every permission it asks for, and it should be on the latest version alongside the glasses firmware. First-time setup has a quirk: the G2 should sit in its charging case while the app searches. Glasses that were paired before need to be on and charged. A force restart is five quick taps on both temples.

  1. Update the Even Realities app and the G2 firmware to the latest versions.
  2. Make sure phone Bluetooth is on and the app has every permission it asks for.
  3. First-time setup: put the G2 in its charging case before searching.
  4. Already paired before: check the G2 is on and charged; if not, charge it in the case for a few minutes.
  5. If it still doesn't respond, tap both temples five times quickly to force a restart.
  6. If it still fails, note the error details and contact Even's Service Team.
