How to start and stop Live AI on Meta glasses

Live AI is a running session with Meta AI that can see through the camera, so you can keep asking about what is in front of you without saying "Hey Meta" each time. It suits cooking, shopping or fixing something with both hands busy. You start it by voice, pause and resume with a tap, and stop it with a tap and hold. Meta says Live AI is available in English and is rolling out over time in the US and Canada. It needs a camera, so Ray-Ban Meta Audio is out.

Questions people ask

Why can't I find Live AI?

Meta says it is English only and rolling out over time in the US and Canada, so it may not be on your account yet even in those countries. Keep the app and firmware updated.
