How to update Meta glasses software

Meta glasses get regular software updates that fix bugs and add features, and many features on this site depend on recent firmware. Meta says the Meta AI app notifies you of updates and downloads them automatically, but you can also check by hand from the glasses' Updates page in the app. Updates need the glasses paired, a Wi-Fi connection and enough charge. Keep the glasses close to your phone while one runs.
