Meta AI or a feature says it is not available in my country or language
Applies to Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 3), Meta Glasses (Adventurer, Fury, Starfire, Capri, Nova), Ray-Ban Meta Optics (Gen 2), Oakley Meta Vanguard, Meta Ray-Ban Display, Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2), Oakley Meta HSTN, Ray-Ban Meta Audio, Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) and Ray-Ban Stories.
Most Meta AI features are switched on country by country and language by language, so a message saying a feature is unavailable is usually accurate and not a fault. Live AI, for example, is listed in English for the US and Canada only. The Meta AI app's device settings show what your pair can use where you are, and Meta's supported-countries page lists where the glasses themselves are sold. Language matters too: in India, music requests need English as the default language.

- Meta AI and voice commands are only available in selected countries and languages; check local availability.
- In the Meta AI app open Device settings for your glasses to see which features are available for your glasses in your region.
- Check Meta's 'AI glasses supported countries' help page.
- Make sure the app language/Meta AI language is one that the feature supports (for example, music requests in India require English as default language).
