Why answers differ by country
AI features need local language support, regulatory sign-off and, for some services, partner deals in each market. Meta in particular rolls features out country by country and tells owners to check the app's settings. This lookup collects those statements from the makers' help centers, release notes and newsrooms in one place. The country pages add prices and buying notes.
