Smart glasses in France
16 models are confirmed on sale in France, and Meta supports 1 more model there through its brand-level country list.
France is one of six countries where Meta sells Meta Ray-Ban Display; pre-orders opened in September 2026 and sales are reported from 13 October. Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3, Gen 2, Oakley Meta and Meta Glasses are on sale too. Meta AI has been available in French here since the end of 2024, and live translation can run offline in French once you download the language pack. What France lacks is mostly the newest software. Live AI, Restyle and the Early Access Program are not listed, and walking directions are limited to Paris. For video glasses, XREAL's EU store and RayNeo both sell into France, and Apple Vision Pro is sold here. If you only want photos, music and voice questions, the cheaper Meta Glasses cover that without the Display price.
