Smart glasses in Italy
14 models are confirmed on sale in Italy, and Meta supports 2 more models there through its brand-level country list.
Italy is one of three EU countries where Meta sells its display glasses. Meta Ray-Ban Display with the Neural Band went on pre-order at 899 euros, with sales reported from 13 October 2026, and Neural Band handwriting is listed for Italy. Italian has been a Meta AI language here since the December 2024 update, and it is one of the six offline translation packs. Walking directions cover Rome, Milan and Naples. Ray-Ban Meta is also an electronics-store item in Italy: Unieuro lists the Wayfarer Gen 2 at 419.90 euros with in-store pickup. RayNeo X3 Pro is sold here too, and Even Realities ships the G2 to Italy, though without prescription lenses. Italian is also one of the four languages Meta lists for live translation on Display.

Buying notes
- Ray-Ban's Italian FAQ says you can fit prescription lenses at your own optician, but the manufacturer warranty stays intact only if a certified retailer does it.
- Separately from Ray-Ban's two-year EU warranty, the seller is responsible for defects that show up within two years of delivery under Italy's legal guarantee.
- Even Realities sells the G2 in Italy without prescription lenses. See G2 prescription.
- Outside Rome, Milan and Naples, use phone maps. See walking navigation.
